What does your pond look like ... Today?

This pond is about 14 years old and located in Nakhon Ratchasima (AKA Korat) in Northeast Thailand. It originally had an HDPE liner, but is now ferrocement. Construction photos here: Pond Construction

Fountain and stream. The stream is over a foot deep and full of gravel and sand. It keeps the pond crystal clear.

Central Florida. We enjoy summer as many people go back up north and the pace of life slows down and it is quieter. The pond is in half shade so the pond doesn’t heat up too much. The fish do well, they just get hungrier!

I live in Thailand so I understand the tropical climate. I gave up on fish because of all the predatory birds in this area. Anyway, I very much like the look of your pond. My kind of landscaping.

First lily flower!

And BIG NESSIE #2 IS BACK I found the skeleton of big Nessie #1 last year! Have not managed to get a picture yet, it is wide long and eating frogs and fish.

The tiny tad is a tree frog tad, the larger one, green frog. The bog is full of them.

We have them in ponds, bog, stream they have been busy this year
