rain hits the pond water they think they are getting fed .I love to watch my fish go nuts looking for food in those rain drops

Got the new lily section running today. So far no leaks.

Bog flows into lily pond into main pond.

These lilies are doing well but all the new ones have been attacked so into the fishless section they go! Last pic is the pond view from the deck.

Caught a picture of the female dragonfly laying her eggs

I had just moved that plant off the bottom to clean and she started laying her eggs ( I suppose they are eggs) the tiny white specks in the plant. How lucky was that?!
So I guess I should leave the plant there??

It was really neat because while she laid her eggs, he hovered directly above her, like he was protecting her

The black coloring seems to be below the orange. 16inches long
