Do the koi swim up into the narrow end of your pond ?

No koi, just goldfish.
The narrow end you see is actually my bog filter that then flows through a small stream under my mini bridge and waterfall and into the pond. Fish don't go up it, but frogs love crawling through it and sitting in the rocks or under the bridge.

My bog is higher than my pond. The stream slightly slopes down to just above pond level as it reaches the pond.

The fish are spawning! All that fresh rain yesterday has fired them up, pond is at 58. We got 1.70 inches, never stopped raining. On the cams I see them chasing. Then the snack frenzy when eggs are dropped. Fun to watch!

chuckers 50 why not build a bridge between those 2 logs as it would give your fish shade and a nice place to hide
