We're up around 14 or 15 inches now and it's not expected to stop until mid-afternoon. The only good news is the weather is warming up again, so this won't last long.

We have maybe 6" here near O'Hare so far. North/northwest of the city got much more, as you know... Tonight will be cold, but then rain and 54 degrees by Thanksgiving.

My snow is gone so I got after the leaves today.

Today is the first time in weeks I've seen my pond. The leaf cover was only till the leaves dropped, they're mostly gone now so I took the cover off. The water looked great.

Deer, wolves & coyotes plus all the usual smaller ones too.

I like the pines. That is about 90% of what covers my land is large pines with white oak and maple making up about 3% and popular the remainder

Most of the lower elevation trees here are Douglas firs and cedars. I love true pines though - I bet your acreage is beautiful.
