Today by the pond, little Finger Sucker and Big Orange Momma were hungry and looking for things to eat, and the sun is shinning bright!

Whenever I hear the ducks jumping in my pond, I kindly escort them away from it, since they've been making such a mess with the pea gravel. Its actually pretty funny walking with the ducks.

I think they are taking you on a wild goose (duck) chase JB :D

I was finally able to get pea gravel for my bog today! The water sure is mucky. I know it'll settle, but it sure is nasty..glad my fish are still indoors! Tomorrow I'll plant some of the bog, and I'm hoping to get out to a pond place next weekend to make use of my birthday present (I asked for pond plants or money for them :))...and then all I have to wait for is buying the rest of the flagstone for my pond and the waterfall!

That's gonna look real nice once you get it filled w/ plants JB.

Colleen your pond is coming alive fast from it's winter sleep. Actually you don't let your pond sleep. Always action of some sort going on there even when it's frigid cold out there :geek:

Hey now you know once you get all done w/ this project you will find your mind wandering to "what can I do next" mode. It never goes away, just face it and live w/ it JB. We are all doomed to a life of pondering, pondering and more pondering

I love that cool log, JB. It's twisted and mossy and perfectly rustic. Very nice! :woot:
