I had goldfish survive my small preforms, no water flow, no air, most likely almost frozen solid. They are around 18-24 inches deep, my big pond ice is 8 inches deep. After last winter they melted and I found some goldfish in them. Most likely yours will be fine. My frozen deep pond is sitting at 39 F, it was 41 most of the winter, than dropped to 40, just recently dropped to 39 (bottom temp)

My Aunt had a farm with horse trough. My cousins would put their County Fair goldfish in them, Every year they were froze solid and come Spring, start swimming ... Hardy little creatures.

Well got up on guest house roof and repaired that .Replaced shingles and used extra roofing tar to help seal new shingles and put concrete patio blocks up there to weigh them down .Plus blocks well transfer heat to the shingles to seal them .I hate doing it this time of the year but no choice

I don't have a ny gold fish, only koi....and several big ones. I took a shovel out this afternoon and thinned the snow resting on top of the net. Hoping the sun will do it's job and melt it now. I was able to see the rim of my pond de-icer and there is a hole:)
