Yep, mine is called an external hard drive, that's what my son backed up all my photos to. I'm supposed to plug it into my computer every month or so and back up any new photos, but I have not done it since he was here and did it for me 2 months ago, but he did it when I was out of the room, and I told him to wait until I could watch him, or write down what steps I needed to do. It's all so easy for him, but I want to make sure I do it right, so I don't erase all the pics, rather than copy them. I keep saying I need to consolidate my photos and put them in albums on my computer, but it's become so many, it would take me days now to do it, so I try to do a few every now and then, which is NOT keeping me up to date at all!
I have a goose down comforter on my bed, on top of the thin quilt. When I get chilly, I pull it over me at night, but usually I'm throwing it off, cause I'm hot. LOL It's my age ... only my age. :blueflower:

Woke up this morning, stretched right arm over my head straight up, and OUCH ... felt like a knife stabbing me in the middle of my shoulder blade. I have high tolerance of pain, too, but it still is hurting bad, almost to the point of stomach aching, so took a couple of Alleve, which should make it go away. Anyone ever have this? Wonder what in the world I did? Never had that happen before, but was nearly crying from the pain. :dunno: :frown:
CE if you can feel a sore spot right along the edge of your shoulder blade, it is probably a tied up muscle. I used to get spasms back there, the pain so bad I could not even breath at times, would need help to even stand up. I used to rub the sore spot as hard as I could on the edge of corner, or have someone take their thumb/ knuckle and rub it hard, I mean hard, it breaks up the lactic acid that builds up when the spasm occurs. I would be in tears when they are rubbing it, but it sure helps break up the pain.

Heavy doses of aspirin would help also.

lou the best is cherry pie .You do have to be careful with aspirin as it can cause ulcers and thin your blood a little to much .

Thanks, Sissy and Addy. I think I pulled a muscle, as it was my right arm, and right shoulder blade. I took the Alleve, then figured ibupropen would have been probably better choice if swollen muscle. Still little sore, and I did have that feeling of taking deep breath and it hurt, and wondered about heart! But, I felt fine, just that stabbing pain in my back. I have not had the guts to raise my arm over my head again, just to see if it would happen again, though! Tonight it's just a very light dull pain, nothing bad. Have not taken anything since this morning, so it will be fine. I've never had a spasm, closest was charly horse in leg, but they never were very bad. Some people get that kind of thing all the time, and how awful that would be.
