i am always amazed at technology these days, i have just purchased an android smart phone for myself, i have installed an application on it so i dont have to do much on the phone i tell it what i want it to do, tell it to set the alarm for 8 in the morning, tell it to send a text message to mirka, and i dont write the text i tell it what i want it to write, it is amazing, will spend a few hours playing with that !

Good Morning everyone! Hope you all have a great day!
Addy, hope you are able to help the person with the sick coy today! I wanted to tell him to put the koi in a hospital tank (and a few other things) but I don't want to give any bad advice....is there a standard list of instructions that we can give people when they post about their sick koi until someone with knowledge can post.
Wish I could baeya, I really don't know much about koi, don't have them, never have. I just though better pictures would help someone help them.

Hi everyone! I'm home! Just had dinner and drinks with Tony and visited with my Koi (that I can see now!) and now I'm snuggled on the couch for the rest of the evening :)

Well going backpacking for the weekend, leave tomorrow morning and will backpack around 12-15 miles in two days. Not a lot of miles but it is a 3 hour drive so that will eat into some of our hiking time. Going to a place called Zaleski State Park in Ohio, supposed to be pretty up there and there is also a haunted train tunnel there, and an abandoned small town from the 1800's not much left of it apparently. Should have really good weather but saturday night will be cool in the high 40's. :cold: We are taking the dog as well and she can only go about 8 miles per day before she gets really tired and starts laying down on the trail.

Sounds like fun tmann, would love to do that but 40F temps sound unfriendly to me.....................I like warmth. Would be fun checking out the haunted tunnel and town but be careful in there................you never know what might be in there

I have lost a few friends at young ages due to heart issues. So sorry to hear Sissy.
One of my dogs, a wolf, doberman mix, massive dog, 200 lbs, died suddenly like that, just dropped at seven. His heart gave out.
One reason I spend lots of time outside working on the yard, walking the dog, my dad had heart issues, but he made it to 89.5

Have a great time tmann, my big dog would do that, would take it hiking, he would turn around on the trail and head down, through the woods for home lol.

Baeya so happy you can see your fish!

wow addy those are blooming great .I could not grow mine in the pond for some reason and just put them in a concrete mixing tub with water and they are growing great and it gives a place for the frogs to lay there eggs instead in the pond .I still have tadpoles in there swimming around .My lilies loved the pond but water hyacinth and water lettuce didn't
