still warm here and can you imagine me coming home and finding a sheriffs lock on my door saying you have been foreclosed on .I went down the road after getting tired hauling rocks and I don't even see a 953 on my road .I have the deed to this house so if they pull anything funny I will sue the pants off them and I told them that .

I dared them to try it on the phone as I think most of the foreclosure problems the loan companies caused themselves by giving out mortgages like candy .I bought my first house at 30 thousand dollars and it was a fixer upper .I scrimped and saved and did without .I sold it bought a bigger fixer upper at foreclosure sale and did without again until I felt I had the house where I wanted it to be .Young people these days seem to want everything handed to them .I see a lot of I want I want but can I afford

Great pictures, sissy, and I hope the bank doesn't bother you again. Something similar happened to us when we had a mortgage as well. Only it was cause our bank changed hands and names. They tried to tell me we were 4 months behind, blah blah blah......When I was done with them, I had letters from the bank president in my hands to send to the three credit score agencys. What a mess.

Addy, I just brought my hyacinths in my house.......I only have 20 or so. It is chilly outside. The family just left, we had a small birthday party for our oldest grandchild. Lucas turned 5 today. His big party will be Sunday!

Bog building is going slow....won't be able to work on it again till Sunday, but just a few hours in the morning.

Oh! I forgot to mention that everyone that came over today (Thursdays are family day at my house) couldn't believe they could see the bottom of my pond and how clear it was! They were very surprised!
The fish are 4 feet down in this picture! I just can't believe it! Now, who was it that said Skippy filters don't work????

Yeh isn't it something when you finally see things coming together and all your hard work paying off and you can sit back and enjoy it and smile and say I did it

Good Morning everyone! Hope you all have a great day!
Addy, hope you are able to help the person with the sick coy today! I wanted to tell him to put the koi in a hospital tank (and a few other things) but I don't want to give any bad advice....is there a standard list of instructions that we can give people when they post about their sick koi until someone with knowledge can post.
