The first year I had the pond, had TONS of the little cricket and peeper frogs. They sang all night long. Daughter came to visit for a month, her bedroom is on back of house, windows were open, nice weather. She told me, "Mom, sorry, but I'm not too impressed with the frog noise." LOL I don't get to hear the sounds from my bedroom, which is on the front of the house. Maybe need to move to the back bedroom ....

Blast from the past! Key Club 1972, look for the white belt. OMG!

The fellow to my left, Edward Pugh, dug graves as a after school job. He was from a very poor family of 10. My best friend ( still is ) Joe has the stripped bell bottomed pants. The goofy looking guy all the way to the right row was a genius. Next to him is Mr. Jolly was and is one of my true insprational persons. All were good folks.

Best story of the day.

Late yesterday afternoon passerbys saw us in the backyard and asked if they could have a look. We had a nice time showing them around and as usual the pond was the star of the show. The husband said his daughter would love such a pond. The wife wanted to know if they coud build one like ours for less than $300. That's when we invited the couple to sit with us on the big deck where we told them about the realities of building and owning a garden pond. We also explained about the loss of our fish and such. They left knowing how much we love our pond and how much they could not afford one.

I use a toro zero turn, it handles slopes well, most of ours are 20 plus degrees, around 3k

I just don't want the bars I want a steering wheel ,I have the one with bars and I hate the thing It hurts my shoulders and neck and I think that's because i am just nervous on it .I love my troy built but not really that great on hills .It is just to big for me to handle any more .Since the troy built one tipped over on me from the tube blowing out .Gosh it looks like night time storm coming .Guy finally left after he tuned up the heat pump and did the audit .He will send me a copy of the full report .He found 3 small areas where it showed heat so have to check to see why .The one was the attic door insulated hood came off on one side .I must not have set it in place right .

I ask the following question on a tractor forum. I think he is saying that ZT's like to flip over.

Re: Which is the most stable Cub Cadet ZT
I have had two neighbors, while mowing the rather shallow slope in the front yard, have their ZT throw them into the road!!

There is no zero turn in my future, I have the same type slope.

I can only spin the wheels, not turn over,
