Good idea Lou, meanwhile
I would cut out the whole bottom. this would allow you to go deeper, increasing water volume and the side walls would still keep the walls stronger. (just that added sidewall cave in protection). and you'd get even better drainage so no water between liners. even if you didnt go deeper.addy1 said:Just line the hole with the liner. If you cover your preform with liner, make sure you put some good holes in the bottom so water can't collect between the liner and the preform. (remember the liner might plug any crack you have then if water gets between the two the liner will float up until the leak is uncovered again)
That would be great, I need just a remnant, I need to go out and measure the size, it is not real big, I might make it a little bigger, if I feel like digging, since It will be by hand. Can't get the tractor in there anymore. I think it would not be too hard digging since I have stirred that dirt a few times, broken up the rock layers.
I had never heard of "Blood Simple" until I saw it listed on the DirecTV HD Net Movies channel. Each week I look for free On Demand movies to download.j.w said:I don't know if I ever remember seeing that one Lou. I'll ask hubby he's better at remembering the films we've seen.
Ah, thanks koiguy, that is brilliant! Leave the sides to hold up the sand then dig it deeper. Hmmm, what kind of implement for cutting it? That a gimpy fall risk would be allowed to use?koiguy1969 said:I would cut out the whole bottom. this would allow you to go deeper, increasing water volume and the side walls would still keep the walls stronger.
