there are exceptions to every law as conservation laws protect wildlife and fish are considered as such .I would check that out .It would be called a natural habitat and fish and water are natural habitat .Thats how I got the forrestor who took trees down on my property by accident .He was supposed to only do to the orange markers on every tree as that was my property not the neighbor who wanted his trees cut down to make money .These were my trees and my land .I used the natural habitat law to my advantage .Twisted the wording in front of the judge to make him totally side with me .Not just say lady they were just trees ,they were my trees .They do that all the time here but I am not from here so they are not gonna bully me .I WON .HE PAID .I guees I am stubborn but hey why not .

I helped my neighbor pick a front door color. Took a photo of the house then used photoshop to try out different colors
, by changing the door color in the photo. Be sure to look at it outside by the door in natural light. If you don't have photoshop you can use Pixlr.com online. You can use the color picker tool in the program to try different accent colors that you have in your environment.

Well this might be hard for some to understand, with all that is happening with his mother we are still going on our cruise. Leaving Sunday. The hospice doctor, nurse and social worker all told us to not come down. She is not aware of anything or anybody for the past year. (Alzheimer's 15 years now) They encouraged us to go on our cruise. We will go down to be with his dad once it occurs. Hospice is aware of how to reach us, we have arranged everything.

Our phone has been non stop ringing. The last call I took was carnival, calling to offer us an upgrade, someone canceled their trip. I was chatting with her, about us almost canceling, during the conversation the offer of the upgrade price dropped dramatically.

We are now taking a seven day cruise in the best suite of the ship! We are going to celebrate my birthday, our upcoming anniversary, his mothers life.
It will be a sweet, fun, sad trip. Back to reality when we arrive back home.

Addy, you and your husband are doing the right thing. I'm glad that you didn't pressure, Carnival lady offered even more upgrade for less money! You will have a cruise you will remember forever. I'm sure nothing will happen while you are gone. They will wait for your return. I don't think bad of you for going at all. I'm glad you're able to go and enjoy, and then deal with the sad part when you get back. That's how life should be. Celebrate life, and mourn death. Happy cruising for you and sorry to hear about the sad part afterwards. We will all be thinking of you and praying it all goes well as can be expected.

Sissy he blamed you for calling me an alien! You gonna take that? If Canadians come over the border illegally what do they get? Actually I don't think they/d want to come over here and stay as it's prolly better over there right now then here. What do you Canadians do w/ those illegals?
We put them up in fancy hotels, give them welfare, free health care, accellerated citicenship, bring all their relatives over to join them, and then discover that they are warlords in some God-forsaken corner of hell who just want a place to rest, recuperate, and shake down their former countrymen for funds to keep up their ancient battles 'back home'!!!!!

Addy I will be thinking of you and you and Mark get some rest and when you get home you can take care of the Florida situation. Sorry for what Mark and you are dealing with but you do so much for them all the time down there. This is your well deserved rest.

Thanks all for your thoughts.

The hospice doctor called me yesterday, said the end was near. I bought a ticket, got honey's brother on a plane heading down there. Poor guy works nights, I woke him up said pack, get to the airport a ticket is made in your name. He had 2.25 hours to make it before the flight took off, he made it.

Mom passed while he was flying down there. We feel better about going on our trip, knowing he is down there for Dad. We will still have 24/7 care for the Dad until his time comes.
When we get back we will see what needs to be done, i.e. if we need to head to Florida. Until something happens to dad there won't be a service, then we will have a service for both up here in their home state, here at our house. Most surviving relatives would not be able to make it down to Florida.

She is at peace now, it was a long struggle for her.
