Merry Christmas everyone and have a Happy New Year. I sure am getting the itch for spring and getting started on the pond, rock gardens and my experiment with useing moss as a groung cover

My Cathy is cooking a wonderful Cajun meal for us. Wish you were all here.

Nothing fancy here hubby is having fish and steamed veggies and fresh dug new red potato's from my garden and I am having a salad and veggies .

We are slow cooking a prime rib roast, 200 degrees for around 3-4 hours. You can cut it with a fork it is so tender.

Did our beach walk, 74F sun out gentle ocean breeze.............snow covered grounds at home.

I am making a very slow cooked rib roast too, Addy just for John and that is his favorite thing right now. Going to make a big salad for lunch with freshly toasted focacca rosemary and sel salt cubed bread, and topped with well aged white Canadian Chedder cheese. Yum....
