Only if at that same exact moment before she puts the money down on them you say something like " Guess that's your Christmas present for this year honey" and you can only hope you get an answer, if you wait till she gets home then it doesn't count

Well, Mitch, it depends. If she really likes then, and SHE will count it as your present to her, than yep! Otherwise, you better get your butt to Costco and make sure you get the right pair. LOL
Addy, I would settle for a 3 or 4 year old Mercedes myself. Maybe someday I'll own a fancy schmancy car.
All I want for Christmas is to have my kids with me on a cruise! I'm like you, JW, I want to get what I ask for, and the trip is paid for and they are as excited as me. :razz:

Yes men hate the drama of shopping in crowded malls, and we women were born to shop! Mitch you got off easy, wife did all the work for you! And you did not have to drive all the way and fight the crowds! We women are so tough and brave!
