Watched this new show on National Geographic channel called American Hutterites, it's a reality type show, these Hutterites from Montana, and tonights show they traveled to right here, Medicine Hat Canada! Hubby and I were watching it and he said "they must live a pretty boring life if they find Medicine Hat exciting!"

yep part 2 is tonight .I read the book and remembered hearing about all the hype on the movie .

wow just went onto my local utility company and found out I get a utility rebate on my new energy star appliances 30 dollars on the fridge and 30 dollars on the range .Filled out the forms and just sent them in .Who new .

never would think a utility company would offer money back .I had to scan out the forms from there sight and fill them out and scan copies of the bills for them and there energy star rating on them

I was just looking at eastern koi.com and they have a lot of things for ponds like filters filter brushes and bio balls .Even have the 55 gallon drums but 215 dollars They have the leaf baskets for 49 dollars and cheapest I could find

anyone ever try the little giant dual outlet pumps they sell on 123 ponds.com it say 3500 gph 5.85 amps and 673 watts and is 149.83 they have 1 smaller and one larger

way to much power usage....675 watts for 3500gph... cant afford that electrical bill... you couild run 4 laguna 3200 gph pumps with less electricity than that.

I thought it was a lot of watts and wonder if is an error or something .I like the fact it had a dual discharge I don't think I have ever seen that on any other pump .The only lugunas they had were expensive 253 dollars and use 170 watts 1.48 amps and was 4200 gph but that is the one my neighbor sent back to be fixed 4 times and she kept asking them for a replacement and they finally just gave her the money back on it .It was on it's own circuit breaker but kept seizing up on her .

I have the Laguna 4200, and love it! Never take it out to clean it or anything. I'm very satisfied with my pump. Had Sunterra originally, it locked up within a week, cleaned the shaft, it worked until early this summer, then quit and would not restart. So, got it replaced, and now that's my "extra".

Well I guess like everything there is a lemon in every batch .She ask them to replace it after the second time repairing it and it was only less than 3 months old when it first seized up and she sent it back and 4 weeks later got it back and that repair did not last 2 weeks and sent it back a month later got it back .In the mean time she was using my 940 gph pond pump that i had from changing out to a bigger one .They kept blaming it on her electrical but it was on a dedicated breaker and the house is fairly new with a 200 amp service .But she did pay to have everything checked by an electrician at a cost of 170 dollars and he found nothing wrong and she sent a copy of the report with the pump again and that's when the finally gave her money back after all the repairs .I know I had a problem with one harbor freight one and they just gave me a new one .The lowes one only uses 1.13 amps
