I have spent a lot of time in court in the passed and hard to sit there when they are saying things you know are wrong .zip it pays off in court .Harder than ever when it is a murder trial and you want to get sick to your stomach when the show autopsy photo's of your loved one .Worse when they lie and she probably did not tell her attorney the whole trueth about her rental status .Remember she would only say what makes her look good and you look like the big bad thieves that stole a poor alone ladies money .I guess her lawyer got an eye opener and he is probably used to that anyway .There are always 2 sides to a story and pics speak thousands

Sissy, people lie lots in court, and sadly sometimes the best liers win. Court causes lots of stress before you even get there, months of higher than normal blood pressure just thinking about it, and when you win, sometimes you still lose cause of all the stress and worry you did months before you even get there!

I hate court, only went once to defend my dogs, when some little Jack Russell terrorist, who though he was "pit bull" ran lose insanely and suicidal, attacked my big Sadie, who was on a lease, and then they tried to blame me! I had Sadie pulled back right to me, and she did not bite back until repeatedly provoked by this very aggressive little dog running loose and insanely trying to take on a dog ten times his weight!

littler they are the braver they are ,I have to remind pee wee of that all the time when he beats up the king .If king arthur had a mean bone in his body it is well hidden .Funny since the king was about 6 years old when I got pee wee .The last time I was in court is when i took custody of king arthur and that cost me 300 dollars ,but was worth it ,I adore him .At least now I know he has a good home and the animal control lady tried to get the judge to reduce it but he wouldn't .She knew me and tried to help .I guess the judge just saw he was a pit bull and was judging the breed .But I proved him wrong as king has been in my custody for 4 years now .The judge wanted him put to sleep just because he was a pit bull .I know the breed as my Harley who passed away from cancer was an albino pit bull and rare and it all depends on how you raise them and she was a rescue and had been beaten severely and was only 6 months old .She was 12 when she passed away and was always afraid of men .MY GIRL

The judge we had is know to side with the renter too. We look at it as a learning experience, we would have won more if we had certain wording (exact per florida statues) in our certified letter to her as to why she was not getting back the 582.50. So we have learned some more of florida law, now we know lol.

All I care about is we did not have to write her a check and she needs to write one to us!

oh my gosh the single wide trailer park is on fire and was just coming back from Martinsville and no fire trucks there yet .I hope it does not cause a forest fire because it has woods all around it and these are really old trailers .3 burned so far and forth one starting to burn and called fire department and no had reported it yet .I stayed long enough to make sure no one was home in the other places except for a couple of children home alone ,darn stupid parents ,sorry 5 and 6 year olds should not be home by them selves .Owner of the trailer park did not even know there was a fire ,he was sound asleep .I made a quick trip I was hungry for a veggie sub at subway .

sad to say but the people who live in those trailers are all Mexican and probably a lot of them illegals also .This guy who owns the place has been in trouble for this before .The kids could not even speak english so guessing cops will handle that .I left there were 2 state police cars there as one lives right down the road from me and responded right away .Kinda hope this shuts the guy down and closes the trailer park. The trailers are in sad shape and have never really looked at them but my friend Martha lives right down from it and that is the only reason I decided to check it out .It is right across the highway from where i turn off to come back home .I was scared for Martha and her hubby JP .Really bad smelling fire too .I can smell it over by my house and smoke is blowing this way .Wind here is fueling the flames .

Geez sissy glad you called the fire dept and got those kids outta there. Hope the fire didn't destroy too much for those people and hope they find somewhere to live but if illegals guess they get a free ticket back to Mexico on our dime.

Well talked to the lady cop down the street and seems this trailer park has been an ongoing problem 5 trailers burned and 3 were damaged beyond repair .But thing is he only has hook ups for 5 trailers and that is all and he had 15 of them hidden back there and people living in them and they had some big power cords running from trailer to trailer and they think that is what caused the fire .Funny because the lot is narrow but all you see from the road is his trailer and one other one .He only has 3 acres .I went back over to check on Martha's house as they were in Danville when I got hold of them and everything there was fine .Checked on there chickens and then checked on buddy in the house ,that's there chihuahua and he was ok and closed all her windows so smoke would not get in .I had her key but did not want to go in with out her permission and usually they take buddy with them .I guess he was making money off the illegal ones and now he is in jail .Guessing they were all illegals by the little I heard .

Wow, what a tragedy! I don't care for illegals, but no one deserves to live in that filth, and sounds like that man was making some money on old trailers and needy Mexicans. I sure hope no one was in any of the other trailers that burned! I guess you would have heard if anyone was killed in the fire. That's just awful, and of course they would have smelled bad, probably had asbestos insulation! There may be more lawsuits coming from that fire yet! I hope your house is far enough away you didn't get any toxic smoke in your lungs, Sissy! Glad you were able to close your friend's house windows so their little dog did not have to smell that rank smell either. Yuck! Good for you to be the one to call the fire department! OMG, 3 trailer already on fire and no one had called? That seems very strange to me, too!
