Report no one was hurt in trailer fires and trailers are going to be hauled out of there in the next month .Strange how he had them tucked back in the woods so you could not see them .Martha's whole back property is wooded and so is the property on the other side of him ,so that hid everything .I have been over to Martha's and JP's a lot and never realized hey were back there .But JP is from Mexico and he said the living conditions were better there than you see in Mexico in some area's .His sister and mom still live there and they are always scared and in fear of there lives ,but they won't leave because that is home to them .Funny thing is the vehicles that the people owned back there were listed with the owner of the trailer park and they almost all owned brand new or almost brand new high dollar vehicles but chose to live like that .I think he kept track of comings and goings there as Martha did here stories of drug sales and other things going on over there .Funny but seem a crooks hang together, I guess .I have heard the cops were keeping an eye on drug sales coming from there due to tips they were getting .I guess most of them that lived there will not go back to collect anything because they are afraid of being caught .

Almost sounds like that fire was a good thing being that no one was hurt. It cleaned out a lot of riff raff and now you and your friends will have less crap to deal w/ in your neighborhood w/ the drugs and such!

bloody hell, its all going on in your neck of the woods sissy, so i take it they found the parents of the children ? but as jw states above, if it has stoped drug problems and possably more trouble from that trailer park, i suppose every cloud has a silver lining, at least nobody was hurt, well done sissy !

yeh stopped it there but there are so many trailer parks along HWY. 58 just like that one and this area here in the last 4 years has some of the biggest drug farms around that have been busted and all run by Mexicans .I some times think it is worse than NY because there is so much land here to hide pot growing farms .They pick a spot and watch the area or know the farm because they are day helpers and next thing you know the DEA is busting them .Here the trailer parks and churches are running neck to neck for how many there are .There are 7 churches from here to Martinsville and 9 trailer parks in a 15 minute drive .There are12 in the 25 minute trip to Danville and 5 churches and they are building 2 new ones .One right now before they build is in an old garage on the property

Sounds like maybe some of those churches need to get out there and get some of those bad doping dudes inducted into the hands of God so they can start doing good things instead of carving their way to a fast grave.

Around here, Sissy, they find the pot fields by air. It's simple, they have some type of infrared cameras to locate them, then stake out the area on the ground with cameras, try to catch the owners before they harvest, and if they don't find anyone going in to take care of the crop, they go in an cut it out and burn it up. The burning gets done in an incinerator here at the building where I work, and one day I said, "What is that smell? Almost smells like pot!" Found out it was a burning up day. LOL Sometimes I wonder if those State Troopers get a little extra "high" on their jobs. LOL

They do the same thing here and you can see the camera when they fly over low .They use a crematory here that does bodies so that the smell does not go out into the air .

Only thing I know, Peggy, is that I got newborn snappers last year about this time, ended up in my big pond skimmer. I'll watch your post and maybe learn more, too!

I have them in a tank inside right now , got to figure how to get them to eat but since they still have some yolk I think they are getting from it. Mworried about them littlest one , it had a dead twin attached at birth and is very fragile.
Have uv light and warmer light o. Them and dry one end with tank tilted and water the other end,. Going to get some fits to add to water today, vand a cuttlebone for calcium. Just got to see what they do.
