hey sissy that sandbag pond looks great, i am impressed, ime fighting green water at the moment, all was crystal clear, exept for a bit of string algae, so i used some "blagdons barley straw extract treatment" which kills the string algae, now it killed it ok but then i had a sudden attack of filamentous algae !!! just ordered more treatment for that, whats all this virus talk youse are going on about ?? havent heard of it over here !

Yeh he was going to put a fountain in the corner and I saw the bags piled up and looked in it and said wow wonder if you could just throw a liner in there and have a pond .Great thing is the big metal building has heated floors and they are zoned and where he decided to put it was 1 full zone .I would love to try it in my basement .How has your summer been so far mogsie and guess a lot of people dealing with some sort of algae ,Toilet bowl brush works great to remove that kind of algae .We miss you and how is the other house doing any new pics

well sissy summer has been very bizzare here, startede off nice and warm then for the last 3 weeks weve had nothing but rain, we had 1 month rainfall in 12 hours, major flooding in july ???? today is nice and sunny again but not expected to last for long, all due to the gulfstream being too far south ! no i mean the suspended green water algae that ime bothered with now, not sure why as we have had no sun !! lol, i take it you mean the summer house in slovakia, yes it is coming on fine just got the roof finished, here is a few pics......

yep looks like it is getting there .The algae you talking about could be from all the rain also and lots of nutrients to feed off of

the only down side is their are no sewers in the area, so we will have had to install chemical loo's, but it will be fine we will get used to it,

Well decided to build a ponding bench for under my front porch near the pond and only reason decided some one threw away fairly big thick pieces of tempered glass at the dump .They just set them against the dumpster so figure they would make a great ponding bench top as wood would get wet and rot .Not making it fussy just some where to put things and fix things for my pond and store my pond stuff in totes .I had made a potting bench for my house in NJ but had to leave it behind as there was no more room on the truck .
