yes and I tried the what addy says but what happens is that it restricts the water flow to much ..I looked in another small store her that is a rue value but nothing and it has to be a 90 degree .You need to many pieces to get it down to the size I need it to be .

ok good banter buddies, what eggs are these? In the deck pond, which has 2 inch shubunkins in it, do not look like the frog eggs I have seen all season.

looks like my shubbie eggs I had before snake jumped out of the pond .My neighbor got those babies .

utoh, so I am going to be a mom I didn't think they spawned that small. I have been feeding them some good koi food lol.

My neighbor still has 8 of them and was not sure what they were until they got older and 3 of them look a little like snake .congrats grandma , :razz: don't think you could be there mom .I had put the eggs in a tank because i was not sure what they were ,but new they could not be frog eggs .They were not in a long string like the frog eggs i collect .

The frog eggs are darker and a lot more jelly, the toads are in long strings, snails are in clumps. I have never seen fish eggs lol

They are brown on the top and white on the bottom

So guessing then a lot of the eggs I collect and take to the creek are toad eggs and the mass ones are the frogs .I only knew what they looked like not what they come from .Fish eggs i noticed here and there and are usually in or near plants or in a corner of the pond .Frog and toad eggs they just lay any where .

There are little clumps of eggs scattered in the floating plants, a clump here a clump there.

Those egss are more than likely a toads eggs or even possibly Salamander eggs. Shubunkin eggs are generally white to clear. But we will have to see a pic when they hatch to be sure. I am sure curious as to what they are!
