good gosh if they are salamanders and they hatch wow .Mine were sort of cloudy tan color and when they hatched I thought the were goldfish or a mix but as they get bigger they look more like shubbies or a mix of something ,still to small to really tell but one looks like my snake and he was a shubbie ,real yellow

I know they aren't toads, our toads do the two eggs side by side egg strings. I have never seen a salamander here. The frogs usually have all their eggs in one gooey spot, these are scattered around the pond plants. I looked up fish eggs, they are clear looking, these are brown on one side white on the other. This is our small deck pond, up on the deck raised side pond.

Of course my honey said put them in our tiny tank and bring them inside.

Neat addy and don't know what they are but will be fun to see how they turn out. I looked on the net and they have pix of these that are salamander eggs. Do they look like these?

nope, very little jelly, eggs scattered in different areas of the floating plants, a few here a few there. Maybe I do need to bring them in just to see what they turn into.

Look like fish eggs to me that are getting ready to hatch..... :)

Well will be interesting, guess I need to clean the tank and stick them in it. It is only 2.5 gallons or so.

I can see the jelly mass around them. Some kind of Amphibian. They are also dividing it looks like so they are very fresh for sure.

I will go on egg watch, maybe it is our tree frogs, little gray things that make one heck of a racket.

Those egss are more than likely a toads eggs or even possibly Salamander eggs. Shubunkin eggs are generally white to clear. But we will have to see a pic when they hatch to be sure. I am sure curious as to what they are!
if youve got koi or any goldfish variety eggs they should be opague...if theyre not fertilized they turn white.

Thanks koiguy, I looked up eggs on the net, fish eggs are opaque. Sort of figured the fish where too small to have babies.
