Maybe something to do w/ the new fish you are babysitting? Do you have them in a pond by themselves w/ a different pump?

I have to take up over half the deck boards and thats not easy at all .I think it is a busted pipe and I just hope it did not burn out my pump as that is over 450 feet in the ground and that means the I had to call the well driller .Still have the deck so far I got up 3 boards ,they say galvenized screws don't rust there full of it .The heads keep breaking off .No water at all .

Sissy, honey says to check the capacitors for the well pump, they are above ground. A little box that hooks where your tank is. He says the starting capacitor can cause it to trip, it is made for quick change.

It is not coming from the storage tank as the puddles are to far away and it is not coming from the filters they are all dry around them too .No water coming in the pipe where they ran the water pipe and electrical through the house .

Dang, water leaks suck. Hope you find something that is fairly simple to fix. I know you, probably know how to do plumbing, too! Glad your son is close and he can help you out. Good luck with that!

Well after all this work and we changed out the capacitors the pump is not working and the water on the floor was from the outside spigot that must have broke where it comes through the wall and leaked down the concrete wall block .Mike just told me to invest in a jet pump rather than and in the well pump as a jet pump can jut sit in the basement and if it ever goes out you just change it out and you don't have to pull the pipe out of the ground .450 ft feet of pipe has to be pulled out and it is going to cost over a thousand dollars .Darn it .That does not include the cost of the new pump .

Sissy, honey says some water pumps controllers have a built in feature. So when a pipe breaks and there is a free flow of water it will cut off the flow. See if there are any directions on the controller see if it has a safety cut out for water flow. MAYBE if the broken water pipe is fixed and you reset the water pump controller, if it has it, you might be fixed. Send me a pm if you want to talk to my hubby on the phone he will help you.
