that just means your brain is only working on one side and that's actually normal .Doesn't mean much when you read the colors for smartness ,just means both sides of your brain function the same .I think mine does it because I can write with both my left hand and my right hand .I'm surely not smart .LOL

Beg to differ Sissy, you have a great common sense, skill in building, ability to think out and fix issues.

I agree, Addy. And, it doesn't take smart or dumb to read those clever tests, it has to do with showing a person that no matter how hard you try to do what you are TOLD to do, your brain overrides your mouth and make it difficult. And, everyone is different. Some can do that one very easily, others cannot even say the tongue twisters without messing up. :) I'm good with the Sally sells seashells at the shady sea shore one.

very interesting! If you do the test below after you follow the directions then do this after.........while watching the dot move your head and eyes around and you will keep seeing the dots and they don't disappear.

Motion Induced Blindness

Cool test

This is frightening! It works exactly like it says, and is one major reason people in cars can look right at you

(when you're on a motorcycle or bicycle)---AND NOT SEE YOU. From a former Naval Aviator. This is a great

illustration of what we were taught about scanning outside the cockpit when I went through training back in the '50s.

We were told to scan the horizon for a short distance, stop momentarily, and repeat the process. I can remember being

told why this was the most effective technique to locate other aircraft. It was emphasized (repeatedly) to NOT fix your gaze

for more than a couple of seconds on any single object.

The instructors, some of whom were WWII veterans with years of experience, instructed us to continually "keep our eyes

moving and our head on a swivel" because this was the best way to survive, not only in combat, but from peacetime hazards

(like a midair collision) as well. We basically had to take the advice on faith (until we could experience for ourselves) because

the technology to demonstrate it didn't exist at that time.
