Wow, that is really cool! I will remember that especially when sleepy and driving.
A local girl had someone turn in front of her on a highway, she hit the car head on, t-boned into the side of the other car. She was life flighted to a hospital, is fine though. She didn't even see the other car! Wonder if it was something like this, happened so fast the other driver didn't see the car coming!

Would prolly happen a lot more when we are tired like you said and maybe yes she was tired and spaced out and just didn't see the car. Glad she is alright and hope the other person was also. Keep those eyes moving and head twisting around just like in the exorcist!

He's been in several other threads last few days, T'Man. It's hard to notice who is who since so many did the cartoon thing for their avatar! You think KoiGuy is Haro??? That's interesting ... :)

My morning today: Went into kitchen to make coffee, toaster is on it's side, cat on counter. Shooed cat off counter, inspected toaster, shook out crumbs, put toaster back. Came back 2 minutes later, cat on counter looking into toaster again. Looked again, figuring a spider ... nope, mouse! Actually, a mouse was better in my book than a spider. LOL Took toaster outside, shook and shook, mouse would not come out. Left toaster outside.
Worried pup would chew cord, so went back out, got mouse to bottom portion, used tiny stick and poked until it went out! It just sat there ... must have been all the shaking I did. LOL Grabbed closest cat, barn cat Ernie, and threw him on the mouse. No more mouse. I'm usually not this mean, but I do NOT want mice in my house! And, to be very honest, I have lived in this house, in the country, farmed fields all around me, and this is the first mouse I have seen since I moved here 2.5 years ago, inside or out! This one was just not very lucky. But, on the other hand, what better place to find food than inside a toaster! LOL My toaster is now crumb free, too, not because the mouse ate it all, but because I shook it so much.
And, how in the world does a person clean the inside of a toaster after a mouse has been in it??? Just turn it on hot and burn out any germs?

You know, Mogsie, I would have taken him to the old barn and let it go, but the darn thing would not get out of the toaster, and my animals would have chewed the cord I was afraid if I left it outside all day, besides possibility of rain. I know, I never kill mice if I don't have to, but they are not allowed in my house. I'm not scared of them at all. He was a cute little bugger. Now wolf spiders, which I have plenty of where I live, I HATE! I will kill each and every one of them. I will let butterflies and moths go, but hate mosquitos, stinging bugs, and wolf spiders. I spray for them, so rarely see them inside anymore. Need to spray again, though, since saw a couple in my garage lately. When I first bought my house, first day of ownership, went down to the basement, evening, turned on light, probably 30 wolf spiders in one room on the walls, ceiling, floor! I freaked out!!! Me and Home Defense went to work the next day, no more spiders. I love that stuff!!! Doesn't stink, either.

Good gosh remember the deases mice carry .Wipe down your counters and watch that toaster as the crumbs collecting in it can cause a house fire also .Remember also where there is one mouse there are always more and living out in the country mice are worse and harder to get rid of a deal with .I was amazed to see how small a hole they can get through .Tey will even chew through screens to get in if they want food or a dry nesting place .The best defense is to treat fast and early .I get 20 team borax it is used to treat stains or boost your detergent and believe it or not it kills ants and spiders .I buy several boxes and pour it around the foundation of my house and then pour some in hot water and put it in a big sprayer with bleach and spray my whole house on the outside ,it's great at cleaning the siding .I also spray it on my yard minus the bleach and spray it all over my yard ,it kills fleas and is not harmful to pets and is good for the grass .Warning when spraying the house do not spray on metal lights or windows as the metal it will discolor and windows it will streak them .

WOW Sissy that is a great tip. I despise mice and don't have a problem eliminating them. Apparently the Borax has multiple uses, I recently used it to make my own laundry soap and love it. Works out to about a penny a load. Anything to save money these days.

Well, the toaster is only a cheap one, and it grosses me out to think of the mouse having been in there. My daughter says she thinks her cat put the mouse in there. She (the cat) once brought a live mouse to bed and put it on my daughter's pillow in the middle of the night! My daughter is very afraid of mice, BTW. LOL So, I will get a new toaster and not have to think about it. But, wonder how many times mice have gotten into toasters to get the crumbs? Mine didn't even have many crumbs.
Good tips on the Borax concoction, Sissy! PL, my friend gave me a recipe for making own laundry soap, and she said it works just as well as store boughten stuff, WAYYYY cheaper!
