Anybody ever order from AZ Ponds? I have used them for years because of their great prices but about ready to cut them off for poor customer service.

It is thundering, every time you can hear the thunder the fish scatter! They where all hanging up high in the water, that thunder went off they all dove down. Came back up, thundered again, down they went. Right now at about the 5 foot level. Unreal, never thought they would react to thunder.

Very strange about the thunder, Addy, but no one else would know, as we would all be in our houses with it was thundering. Only you, with your fish TV (LOL) could tell what was happening "down under". Thanks for sharing!
About the baby donkey, full sized donkeys ARE put with cows and sheep and goats to keep predators away. Now, that's the idea. I suspect some donkeys are afraid of coyotes, I know my horses are afraid of deer. LOL But, they are scrappy, just like llamas, and they will chase off coyotes. I think coyotes typically hunt on their own, so they are easier for a donkey to chase away and do damage to. Wolves are a different story!

Country we are at 3.79 a gallon and it's not even summer. I think it will be over $4 gallon here this summer. Glad I just bought a new hybrid car that gets close to 40 mpg.

What did you buy tmann? I have a 2006 prius, love that sucker. We can get to florida, 1065 miles on about 2.8 tanks of gas (10 gallons per tank). Fast freeway driving. It like warm weather and slower driving to get the best mileage.

I've seen the mountain lion pics, Addy. I think that one was a mule that was being used as a pack mule on the mountain trip, and the mule attacked the mountain lion. I think there was talk that the pics were photo shopped or not real or something, but they sure looked real to me!
Gas prices here are $3.69 and climbing. Two weeks ago we had $3.14. Unbelievable!
Here are the pics I took more close up of the baby donkey tonight. They are going to keep him, so I'll get to watch him grow. He's the spittin image of his mother!

These little guys are more like dogs, pets, than anything useful. And, most people hate to hear a donkey or mule bray, but I get to giggling when I hear it, think it's so adorable! And, how funny that donkeys and mules make such a different sound than horses. Must be the long ears. I think zebras make a similar sound to donkeys, and I don't think of them as having such long ears. LOL

2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid. So far very pleased with it.

Great I had a non hybrid camry, really enjoyed it. Sissy we notice the gas is cheapest when we drive through virginia on the way to florida.

I'm moving to Virginia until the gas prices settle down then. LOL We actually had a gas war in Effingham first 2 weeks of February. Had a new gas station open up and for the first time that I've seen since I was a teenager (in the early 70's) they put their gas price 10 cents below everyone else. Gas station right down the road went 11 cents, pretty soon they were both 20 cents cheaper! Now they are both 5 cents cheaper than most. Was a fun 2 weeks!

It was strange as 2 weeks ago i got gas in the other vehicle and gas for the lawn mower and it was 3.59 and should have waited if I knew that .But did get gas in the bigger gas can for the mower at 3.39 .Gas in NJ on route 18 where my friend Marlene lives is 3.19 when she got it 3 days ago .I figure it is because there are a lot of gas storage facilities there and they don't have to truck it as far .

I use gasbuddy on my smartphone to find the lowest gas. Sometimes a gas station two miles away can be 20 cents cheaper.
