I found this hiding under the front porch railing .White crab apples are blooming now and the red ones

I have to include this to my showcase ,I had gone to the farm store and i saw barley grass seed and decided to try some thing .I stuck some of the seed in a barley bale I had and they sprouted in just 2 days and they are this high now .I planted some of the seed at the back of my property also

This is in my 1 filter .I wonder how well barley like this will do at cleaning the water .I have only the bottom of the bale in water

That is hosta and I have been dragging it and multiplying it for over 40 years now from house to house .It was from my mom and dads house.

It is against the side of the house and I dug up 30 plants before I left NJ .I had it growing everywhere there and I gave my sisters each 5 plants and now I think I have 40 plants

I never thought about that either sissy. We don't lose too much here as the pond never gets too warm and the air doesn't get too cold but still I bet it happens some. Hey I wonder if @callingcolleen1 's ponds are smaller in the top pond and then bigger to the two others? Maybe hers is hooked up different tho as they are pretty much separate ponds and only a tube of water pumps water to the other ones.
