it makes me wish I had my mom and dad a lot longer than I did and makes me wish my hubbies mom and dad had not left us so soon .Hubby and I are now the elders of the clan and sometimes makes me wonder who will take the time for us

From your posts you come across as a real nice lady, I can't imagine people would not make time. Your son sounds like he is very helpful, putting your electric work inside for your safety.

He lives back in NJ and works for the turnpike and parkway as tow driver .He is the only one who can drive the rotator truck but normally he drives a flatbed that he designed and painted himself .He is the one standing next to his truck and that is his uncle and his girlfriend

Thanks for the picture. I bet you anything if he thought anything was wrong, he would be back at your side in a heartbeat. Boys always need there Mothers.

He is not a boy anymore and far from ,he is in his 40's now .Hard to believe it some of the times .But time flies by really fast .I would love for him to repaint my sport trac truck from island blue to something fantastic

My mother had a heart attack doctor says and she also suffering from acute renal failure. They moved her up to the Cardiac ward now. She looks better today and I was very worried. Today she looks better and the oxygen and treatments appear to be working. I think the kidneys are getting better today as she can make a "p" again. She is also not coughing as bad. Maybe everything will be ok....

Oh @callingcolleen1 ! Prayers for you can your sweet mom! She looks very restful in your photo - hopefully things will improve greatly today!

Acute renal failure can happen when the body has a shock, like a heart attack, and then resolve when things settle down. I'm hoping this is the case for your mom.

Oh @callingcolleen1 , I'm so sorry to hear of your Mom's heart attack and kidney problems. I'm sure it's a relief for you to know she's right where she needs to be to get the best possible treatment. You're a very loving daughter, make sure to take care of yourself too.

All we can do is pray and leave everything to God in prayer right now. Because of her age and other heath issues she is not a canadiate for other treatnent options. Doctor updated me again and said she has heart blockages and fluid building up in her lungs. Doctor said she is very very sick right now. I am with her all the time and run up to feed her and make sure her food is cut up into small pieces so she does not cough and choke. She needs me to feed her or she won't eat. Work comes second to my mom. I told them I needed time off and only small short shifts right now.

Sometimes god only knows and I will keep you and your mom in my thoughts and hoping for the best for her

Thanks everybody. Hoping my mom will pull through and get out of hospital but doctor seems to think she might not. I have faith and prayed hard today....

@callingcolleen1 , We went through something similar with my MIL. At times I didn't know what to pray for. I decided to leave it is God's hands and pray for comfort for my MIL and strength for my husband and myself . I'll pray for peace and strength for you.
