Yes it is very sad and so sorry your whole family can't get together and help each other out w/your mom. Hope you can find your mom a nice place again and hope it is convenient for you so you can easily visit her.

I have my brother and his kids come to see mom lots. Its just the vegans that don't get along with us "meat eaters".

I found a old video from a few years back, of me, and mom and my sister out by the ponds. She still wears that skirt all the time too,... I miss those days!

I never had the newest top pond back then, and I had lots of time to play around the yard so that year I was busy cobbling the pathway. My mom sure looks good back then. I think this video is from about 2014

I hope your Mom finds a nice home with the support she will need. Its hard dealing with any illness, physical or mental, so even though I don't know you, best wishes that your Mom improves, and even with the trouble your sister stirs up, best wishes that she also gets well.

It is Call-een. That was back when she was still nice and reasonable. Not sure if she was vegan yet back then.

Thanks everybody. Sometimes it is all so exhausting. I run to see mom every day so hoping we can find her a "forever" home in town. Everything to God in prayer...

Poppy was still alive back then... I miss Poppy
Moved my mother out of Meadowland and took the last of the boxes away to storage. Never any end to the work.
Mother is getting very good care now so that is all I am concerned with right now.

That is what they told me too at Meadowland. Some old people ran out of bathroom pull ups and stuff and I never let my mom ever run out of her pull ups. I was there almost every day too....
The home care lady said that I took very good care of my mother too. I would have her clean and changed whenever I went there so staff never had to when I was there.

it makes me wish I had my mom and dad a lot longer than I did and makes me wish my hubbies mom and dad had not left us so soon .Hubby and I are now the elders of the clan and sometimes makes me wonder who will take the time for us
