Had some very tasty fresh NW Salmon last week.

Thick filet cooked medium with crispty edges, your exact sauce plus fresh lump blue crab and several grilled extra large gulf shrimp on top. Teamed that with grilled asparagus and it was a fabulous meal.

I've never tried salmon, or any fish actually.

We were given marching orders to eat more fish after his issues, so we are doing our best. We are meat eaters, fish we are slowly learning how to cook it so we enjoy the eating of it.

We were raised on fish in this part of the world. My dad used to catch them and so do I and hubby but it has been awhile since we have gone.

My parents did very little fish eating, if anything we had fish sticks. We had a lot of pasta type dishes, bulk feeding for a family of 10

Fishsticks, gosh they are good tho w/ either tarter sauce or ketchup! And remember tator tots?

Fish sticks were one of my favorites as a kid. Loved tater toots.

Omg! I would say it was done for comic relief but that would be a lie. Seems some of my little gray cells must have taken the last train to the coast.
