I pray that's Celsius @callingcolleen1 ! Although I honestly don't think that would be much better!
that was Celsius but not too much difference. I was also told that we hit lows last week of minus 41 below Celsius, which would be about the same in Fahrenheit, yes it was so darn cold people left their vehicles running in parking lots everywhere and many vehicles were froze solid and never started. Its much nicer today and we reached a high of 23 Fahrenheit {-5 Celsius} and that was so much nicer than last week!

Wow Colleen, you have unfrozen ponds, and here 2000 miles south of you we have ice and snow on everything. My pond has a layer of ice at least 1" thick, ice cap on the waterfall, streets frozen and unplowed. Mother Nature is playing a trick on us this winter. I just love your greenhouse! What temp. do you keep it at in winter?

All is well in your beautiful greenhouse and ponds. Me too can't believe you are wearing your sandals! Camera takes great clear photos. Love your video's and they are so calming. Anyone who has high blood pressure or is hyper needs to watch your video's regularly. I recommend it as a treatment and oh I am not a doctor, just sayin to protect myself.............can't think of that phrase you are supposed to say when you suggest something and you don't want to take responsibility for it

Mother Nature can be mean ! She must be cranky and fighting with "old man winter" ha ha ha.
My greenhouse temperature is about as warm as my house, around 70 degrees. It can get down to the low 60's. Before i bubble wrap and the pink insulation on lower North wall, it was much colder!

We all need that natural sunshine! Even when it's far below zero, that sunshine makes it feel just a tad better.

Your guppies are so pretty! And it's amazing how warm you are inside your bubble wrapped greenhouse!

And you might be crazy, but I'm right with you - just walked all around the pond in my flip flops!

How would ya get the tank to stay put @callingcolleen1 ?
I would have to have a stand of some material. I will look around for something to make stand with and have ideas. One idea just popped into mind. Could use bamboo poles and they them from one side to other. Fasten poles at each end of my rectangle pond, and allow enough rope so it will sink when heavy. Poles will need to be very strong. Might start with small tank in that lower pond with the big yellow flag water Iris.
I could place tank on poles and place tank perpendicular to the poles for more stability. Bamboo poles will sink to ropes length and it could work nicely. I have nice small 5 or 10 gallon old tanks in basenent. Other method would be to make stand of some sort and and lower that into water.
