Does anybody remember how good Kentucky Fried Chicken used to be when it was fried in our lard?? Man that the best chicken ever!! (Next to my very old Auntie Mary, who fired everything in lard and is still alive and welll!!!)

We should all be mad... we have been told lies upon lies in north America for the sake of money, not health!! We were told that vegetable oil was good cause it was from a vegetable! Here is the short version of the real truth...

At the turn of the century, nobody ever ate the vegetable oil. ( and heart attacks were unheard of back then)

Vegetable oil was ONLY used for paints, varnishes, and etc. All paints back then were vegetable oil based, we used mostly "Linseed oil" Then one day the mightly paint company's said "We can make our paints cheaper and dirtier by using oil from petroleum and make more MONEY!!
But then all the vegetsble oil people said.. But We will GO Broke!!! "What will we do with our vegetable oil now???"
Then they all got together and came up with a plan... We will tell people to use the Vegetable oil instead of the real old fashion lard, and tell people that it has to be good cause it comes from a VEGETABLE!! And so they inlisted the help of doctors, who were paid off by the vegetable oil companies to tell us it was good... and that is the turth, the whole truth, and it was ALL a BIG FAT LIE!!

Reading on the net about Canola oil and Olive oil: http://www.fitday.com/fitness-articles/nutrition/healthy-eating/olive-oil-vs-canola-oil.html

Canola oil is manufactured at high temperatures, using a mechanical process that often involves toxic chemicals, like hexane. Canola oil is degummed, deodorized, bleached and further refined at high temperatures. These high temperatures can change the omega-3 content of the oil and can significantly raise the oil's concentrations of trans fatty acids and saturated fats.

but they say:

Canola Oil is Good for Your Heart
While canola oil doesn't contain the many beneficial nutrients found in olive oil, it is good for your heart. Canola oil is generally low in saturated fats (read the label to make sure), and high in the omega-3 fatty acids and other monounsaturated fats that help to promote healthy cardiovascular function.

So maybe it is good for your heart but all the bad stuff they use to make it will kill you in the end?

Last night I had home made french fries, fried in the only oil that is truly safe to deep fry in.... LARD from animals like we did for hundreds of years when NOBODY EVER HAD A HEART ATTACK. Remember, Heart attacks were unheard of when all we ever used was pure lard!!! that is a fact... and I have not been hungry since cause the animal fat keeps you full for hours and hours, no cravinrg for carbs or sugars, and my waist is getting smaller and I can now fit back into my skinny Jeans!!!

And yes this has to do w/ good foods cuz Popeye eats the good spinach :cheerful:

I'm Popeye the sailor man
I live in a garbage can.
I eats all the worms
And spits out the germs
I'm Popeye the sailor man.

I'm Popeye the sailor man
I live in a frying pan
I turn up the heat
And burn up my feet
I'm Popeye the sailor man

I'm Popeye the sailor man
I've never stepped foot on the land
I like to go swimmin'
With them mermaid women
And float on my back to get tan.

I hate canola, they use it in everything cause the farmers around here grow lots. The bees are all dying, have not see a wild honeybee hive for many years now. Twenty years ago when I first had ponds, the wild honey bees used to nest by my ponds and they would drink out of my pond all the time. Now I just get Wasps!

I heard the GMO's in the Canola allowed a bacteria that normally only attacts the rapeseed, but because of the genetic mutations, allowed the bacteria to jump the natural specie barrior and live in the guts of bees, thus killing many bees.

went and got more botox and filler in that giant crack between my eyes!!! Now my forehead is very numb and a bit sore today. I can see the two large needle holes where the filler went into the two cracks... Oh! I hate needles but this was an emergency, .... I am ADDICTED to BOTOX!! ha ha ha, just kidding, but I did get the filler injected yesterday to get rid of the two cracks between my eyes, should last about a year.

Thats it!! I am done, all good for a least a while... ha ha ha!! The filler is suposed to be all natural, humm... but so is an earthquake all natural too, does not always mean it is good for me! I weighed "good and bad" carefully before I ran quickly to get it done! ha ha ha!

Before, ( two pictures ) you see the two large long frown lines between my eyes.. Now I have erased the "Lines of Time"

I see no lines at all now. Does this mean you will be thinking about doing this each year? I need a smile lift as my natural mouth turns down on the sides, always has. Don't think botox will work for that and not getting any kind of needles stuck into me. I will just have to smile a lot to make me look happy even tho I am happy when I don't look happy
