It's supposed to have less fat than chicken and more protein than beef.
I'm starting to see it more and more at the farmers markets.
Thought I'd give it a try.

addy I need more than just cinnamon to hide the awful plain taste of the Costco Greek yogurt. By itself it is yucko but w/ nice fruity flavors added it is yummy. I think I will try the fruit flavored extracts like I said and some Stevia.

The Coconut yogurt might be fine but I still would need it fruit flavored.

Ha ha lou that would be a good one for deterring one from eating anything. I will look and see what is in the dry koolaid pkg's. I know the good sweetener's just not the powder. I need that nice flavor of when you put a pkg of dry jello into the yogurt. Too me it tastes yummy!

No thanks on the prunes.................I don't like those things to begin with.

Yuck to the bacon ice cream too! Now bring me some potato chip ice cream and I'll be happy. Love to dip potato chips in milk :cheerful:

I love to put ice cream on potatoe chips!

How about frozen pure lemon or orange juice? Cocoa powder? Crushed grapes? Crushed cereal?

Yum Lou I might have to try that one! For me it would have to be vanilla ice cream only tho. I also like to squish up a bunch of potato chips w/ a bit of milk and then spread the results on the regular chips like a dip sorta. You could just chew up a bunch and then put it on the chips but that sounds gross but if you do it in the closet no one will know :biggrinangelA:
