Went out to look for a starlink satellite train tonight and it was nice and bright, and right overhead!

Caught the satellite train again, but it was much dimmer and further separated tonight.

And here's the moon tonight. Less than two weeks until the total lunar eclipse in the US!

3rd repair, will be off line a bit. Hurts way worse than the first two.
On drugs lol

Way more sore this time, he lifted off the grafts, scraped scar tissue off and who knows what else. Nurses gave me oxy, going to put head back and relax. Just one, to get past this first ouch

First time plane watching from the backyard in quite a while.

First, a Pokemon-themed 777 flew over. It has five or six Pokemon painted on each side. It was too high up to make them out, though.

Then a C-5 Galaxy flew over 24 miles to the north. They never seem to fly over me, but this is the first one that was actually close enough to photograph. This is actually the first time I've ever seen a C-5 in flight. I've seen them on the ground before and even walked through one but never seen them in the air.

And a bonus KC-135 right after.
