It is the quiet the total lack of the hum from the bees, as a child they were everywhere. Still have lots of native and bumblebees. They too love all the plants I have planted.I bet that is an adjustment as you're so used to hearing and seeing them. I think it's key to know when to let go of things as we age....when the balance tips from enjoyment to stress.
lol the suit would never stop a blade................. it is ventilated three layers just so the bees can't get to your skin. I handed it off to the guys picking up the hives. Still being a bee suit! Carpal tunnel severe in right arm. So rt arm first. And it is finally a beautiful day. Sigh
