I did not go to bed last night seriously. I sat in front of the computer all night long trying to fix the mess I made on my ancestry.com family tree. It's still a mess and I can't figure out what's wrong and I'm still not tired! I bet I will be tonight tho

I spent 6 hours removing ice and snow from the roof. If I don't the water will dam up, and come inside the new house. I learned that from the major ice storm of 2013. After another 3 hours tomorrow, I should be done.
.
The trees are still loaded with heavy snow, from the 5 day noreaster. We're supposed to get some rain tomorrow. I hope the snow comes off the limbs. The rain will add extra weight. During the ice storm last year, about a tractor trailer load of limbs came down. In the ponds, across the driveway. Even on the roof of the house. I spent 3 weeks gathering and burning it.

Wow, that looks like snow to me, Colleen. Beautiful frosty morning indeed!
I sure am ready for some sunshine. I'm beginning to think I live in WA with J.W.! I don't even know where my sunglasses are. LOL Supposed to come out today, but last week there was a day that weather said "sunshine" all day, and it peeked out for maybe 5 minutes. Sure hope they are correct today!
My electric outside keeps getting tripped. Not sure what is causing it, but has happened about every other day for the last week or so. New pup (5 months old) may be bumping the cord, or maybe the 3-way that feeds the goldfish pond and is laying on a rock, with another rock on top, is getting wet. Will put some type of a box around that and see if that doesn't help.
Temps are not too bad, but the wind last night was awful for me out here on my little prairie. Just need some sunshine, Mother Nature, PLEASE!!!

No pretty frost pix here. It looks so Christmasy. We always usually have a green/wet not very cold Christmas time. I sure do wish for snow but I don't hang onto that idea w/even a thin thread. Speaking of wet and warmer.............yep we got it. I shall just picture the snow and beautiful white forests in my mind and in all your photos you guys post up.

it is good that you had the key there Sissy, that way you can see how big the pebble is. Looks like good stuff, but I will just stick to what I always feed mine... the pebble is really large on the "Large Breed Puppy Chow" and they fit good into big fishy mouths that I have to feed! ha ha ha

Addy, that is just what is looks like up here, the frost was so thick it looks weird. I remember that night, it was a really Really a low dense fog that stayed all that night and well into the next day!

CE I finally went out and got proper outside little electrical {extension} "houses" last fall, that stake into the ground, cause every time we had a really big melt or downpour, funny things started happening and the circuit would trip. I got them at Canadian Tire (sells everything)

Sissy they are holding my order till they get the medium sized pellets in. Don't need it now anyways. I ordered the small and medium size cuz I have some large and some small goldfish.

@CountryEscape what kind of new puppy did you get?

He is a seal (red) Boston Terrier. He is 5 months old already, and just a tad larger than Denali, but Denali is really small for a Boston. I'm really happy with his color and markings, and got a great deal on him! Breeder I go to told me about the pup. I was going to buy a seal male from her, but this pup was about half the price she charges, and she told me about him! I'm buying a female pup from her so I guess she figured I didn't need to spend that much on a male, too. Anyhow, now I won't have to pay stud fee. First litter of pups will pay for him on what I paid for stud fee alone.
He's so adorable ... never been out of his kennel run except to go to the vet. It was a NICE kennel, inside was heated and AC, but that still doesn't give them much room to run. First time he was allowed to run, he couldn't get enough of it! Even in the house, he would run full blast, like he didn't know he could go that fast ... or far! And, toys ... OMG, he played with every single toy on the living room floor the first day. Still will go and gather them and bring them into a pile for himself. Like right now, all the dogs are sleeping, but he's wide awake, playing with the toys. He has 7 toys within 12" of him. LOL He's in heaven, don't you think?!
Here are a few pics.

In this last pic, Rocky (but may change the name ... want a mountain or mountain range name ...) is on the left, Denali is the brindle on the right top and her pup is the black brindle on the bottom. The female pup is going to her forever home on Sunday. I've been holding her for 1.5 months. She's paid for in full, but she is going to be a Christmas puppy. The new family will get a puppy that is well on her way to being potty trained. She is socialized with other people, dogs and cats. Can't say that for a kennel dog. But, the new pup is going super!!!

Here's a video I took of the three Bostons. Denali, the mom, has a pink collar on. The little black brindle is her female pup, who I called the "Littlest Referee" for this video. The new male pup is getting disciplined by Denali. He's bigger than her, but he's younger, and she will probably always have the upper hand on him anyhow.
