I hope you have a peaceful Thanksgiving Colleen, it sure sounds like you could use a break from all the family craziness going on. Does she make a tofurkey?? lol.

No she does not eat tofu as she says soy is bad, not sure how she gets her protein cause she is vegan. They will not be coming over for supper, they quit coming for dinner when they went vegan years ago. I will be having dinner with our lovely mother that she ignores, and my dear sweet hubby and nefew....

Beans have lots of protein, maybe she eats bean and nuts, I think they do too. Leafy greens and squash also have good protein. Enjoy your nice dinner w/ your mom, hubby and nephew.

I sleep with a sheet and the doors open in the winter, well when it is down in the minus the doors are shut, honey sleeps under 3 blankets and a down cover.

Currently 56, only a high of 63 today with scattered thunderstorms. Loving sitting out on the deck, full moon going behind the clouds but enjoying the last of the summer weather. I need to move to the Bahamas!

It's been really warm here this week - no hard frost yet to bring the leaves down. I wish that would hurry up. I need to do one last pond cleaning.
