they say more rain today and tomorrow and I hope we get it and hoping it is not another over 2 months before we get more rain .My trees have suffered

It's been nice here for a while now. 75ish (24c) and sometimes up to 90 (32c).
90 is way too hot for my liking.

Suddenly hailing outside. Yes, raindrops, but made of ice. And the Sun is shining, hot. Only lasted 3 minutes.

Not too bad today, but it was minus 25 in the freezer at work and that felt good!!! Outside was hot, not sure how hot cause I worked morning to evening inside, in the big walk in freezer, moving pellets and boxes. Right now is nice at 81 degrees, clouds look like they want to pound rain but non seems to come this way lately. I am off tomorrow and there is a chance of a thunderstorm in the next two days the weatherman says.

Sun again and spent the day trimming branches off the trees along the road. Now I am dead tired and could really use a walk into your freezer at work Colleen
Had a great rain for about thirty minutes. Problem is the rain was about half a mile from us. We got not a drop!

It is supposed to hit 104 today
So far this summer has been crazy. We were getting day time highs in the 60's in JULY! Couple of days I had to wear a jacket to work. Hopefully that is behind us now and we will keep getting normal temps.

Good time to paint too, when the weather is cooler cause the stain will dry better they say.
What a glorious day today!! The sun is shinning, the weather is beautiful, my Cobble gives my much pleasure and I love to walk on it bare foot and get the energy released from the earth better that way... according to my sister...
We did get a good rain the other night, and I was up half the night Monday cause there was a big intense thunderstorm with lots of flashes and booms. Poppy was VERY Needy and I had to provide much comfort to a very scared Poppy! OK, I admit that I get much pleasure comforting the Poppy, cause then she Really needs me and clings tightly to me, and then I feel like a much loved Poppy Mommy!!
