Cloudy, windy and rain all afternoon. Its done raining now but more showers for the next few days and cool. Sick of the wind. Its been out of the east and blowing like crazy for days. Wind out of the east means bad weather! Looking forward to some 80 degree days myself.

We took a cold drive to Assateague Island to see the wild ponies. My parents used to take us there when we were kids. It has changed, a little more developed, i.e. nature center, paved camping, still an area where hotels, mac donalds are not welcome.

We did see some ponies, when I was a kid they would be on the beach, come up and eat apples out of your hands.

We then took a cold................40'ish degree howling wind day, walk on the beach.............. not right for almost May Hard to even stand against the wind.
Ocean rolling, coastal flood watch in affect, wind blowing in from the east, pushing the water in.

Well i guess the storms have broken apart as none of the bad storms they were predicting and so far only a half inch of rain and sky is brighter .Not sunny but brighter and in the 70's .Lots to do and lots done but now outside is not getting done .Still looking at heat pump replacement and was going to get a trane and now leaning towards lennox .It comes with an air cleaner that i like and whole thing is cheaper than a trane and is quieter than a trane .Plus air cleaner with uvb is free when i buy the whole system

Rained yesterday and again this evening, really cooling off tonight maybe to the mid 40's or low 50's. Looking forward to a better day tomorrow as I have plans to repair my sprinkler system after this brutal winter took it's toll on some of the pipes.
