The hubby made it home from his bike ride dry and I made it home from my walk dry also. Now the next rain storm is due to hit between 3 and 4pm they say. It is dry and still as a ?..............well whatever its still anyways out there right now
Sir John I think you need to get your mind outta the rain gutter.........ha ha and go out for a walk.............today was so nice and warm..............it's like 57f right now. You got time before the next rain squall hits.............I guarantee it will enliven your spirits and drama abounds out there in the world. WAIT............it's 3:42pm right now.................maybe you don't have time............well so you get a little wet, you will dry out. You will be sometimes glad to get home there is so much drama out there, take my word for it. I think adrenalin raises your outlook on life too for the moment. Maybe cause you are so glad to have made it back home in one piece. I have been bit, almost shot, squirted w/ a hose etc. just to name a few

We just have to watch out for crazy old people on bikes, driving or man of wars.

They wiz around, problem is you don't hear them coming like you do a car.

My hubby is from Seattle and he misses the rain sometimes, says he needs a break from the glaring sun.

lol we like hot and sunny posts esp after a winter like most had. We are in florida right now.............hot and sunny.............but heading north again to cool or cold

It gives us hope Priscilla ....................oh no, just looked outside and the rain has arrived again...........nothing too drastic yet tho. Your hubby would be here for a day of this stuff and be happy to get back to your wonderful island paradise. I grew up in Seattle in a neighborhood called Magnolia and think I am stuck here for life............well I'm a ways north now but close enough

His family lives in Bothell. We visit once a year. I love it there. We go in the summer, the best time of year for Seattle and worst for Cayman (its really hot here, with lots of mosquitoes).

Yep I know Bothell well. We lived near there in Alderwood Manor when our kids were tiny. Best time here is definitely Summer. Its wonderful here then unless of course if we get one of those Summers w/too much rain.

Rain last year here was great everything stayed green and lush .We usually see burnt brown grass in July ,But I really need to get this pond done so need dry weather
