Then what the heck happened to me . :cheerful: even my cousins in PA comment about my strange accent ,but they do say there is a Amish hint to it ( I call it a combo accent ).My sharpness comes from working around men all my life and showing them I would not take any crap especially from them .

Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha, I do have a soft spoken voice at times, teachers always telling me to speak up, other times not so much and as for sounding like an angel well not sure about that one and I sure am no angel :biggrinangelA: I have talked to CE and addy on the phone and they both have very nice speaking voices. Didn't get to talk long to CE as it was during a crisis of some sort w/ her pond I believe and sissy was on the other line helping her out :cheerful:
I would think koiguy would have a very deep voice cuz he's so tall and it has to come from further down deep to reach his mouth to get out

For some strange reason, whenever I see a picture of Mark, I think of the Jolly Green Giant commercials! :cheerful:

That would be fun Dr, SR John! We would have to log in anonymously so no one would know who were where....

The weather here was warm yesterday and early this morning, but it has been slowly dropping all day as "Mitch" must has sent me a cold draft! Right now I am at -13 C (8 F)

I just ate four of these Lindt Lindor Extra Dark chocolate balls they only have 4 grams of sugar which is very low, lower than a orange. They are giving me a caffeine buzz and so irresistibly smooth.....

OMG, I loved your rendition of everyone's voice, Colleen! Had to really laugh at mine, as I don't have a high pitched voice at all, it's quite deep. I think I do speak well, when necessary, but for the most part I'm all southern country girl. Don't try to pretend to be anything "legal" except when I'm at work. Yes, I have spoken to Sissy, she helped me last year when I got home on January day to find my koi pond only had about 18" of water, and the temps were going below freezing that night! Thanks to this forum, I sent an emergency e-mail to her and JW, thinking there were most often on the forum, and they BOTH called me within minutes! That's why I didn't get to talk to JW very long, but yes, she does have a nice soft voice. Sissy has a "get it done" type of voice, and very knowledgeable, I could have talked to her all evening! We should talk again sometime, Sissy! In fact, when I got my new phone, and had to put in each and every phone number manually, both of your phone number are still in my phone! Considering I left out about 60% of them, that says a lot.
Temps here are pretty chilly, but last night was coldest, down to maybe 5 or so. Outside dogs got to stay in the garage (40 degrees F) on their soft thick dog beds. Same for tonight, supposed to get down to 17, then 37 for high tomorrow, but here comes round 2 of the storms. I'm hoping it passes to the N or S, but when they are talking about 3-5" of snow "north of Interstate 70" and 2-4" of snow "south of Interstate 70 ... and knowing that interstate runs through town where I work and north of where I live ... yep, probably going to get some snow. I don't mind that, it's the freezing rain they are predicting to be combined with the snow, and the fact it's supposed to start around 3 p.m. tomorrow. Geesh ... if need be, I will leave to come home early, to miss the ice. Don't want a repeat of this past January's ice storm accident.

Wow That is so nice that you gals get to chit chat on the phone! How nice that Sissy and JW where there for you CE!! Wish I could have been there to help too, good to hear that they gave you such quick assistance!! I am happy to help anywhere I can too!! Even better now that hubby is all better and happy, this time last year boy was I worried and stressed about the hubby!!

I think it would be so nice to hear from everybody, a special message on Christmas or something, maybe a home recording or video, I would love to hear your voices, follow you around your pond, or what ever you feel most comfortable doing! Maybe next year we all could all do a little video recording of our ponds and yards, when they look there best, and release it in December, when we are all feeling glum and sick of the cold weather and snow!! We could post it on the Weather thread here and make it a yearly tradition!!

Sounds like a fun idea Colleen. I'll practice till then trying to use my camera for a video on youtube. I made one once of my pond but it took so long to get it on you tube I never made anymore. I might put some practice ones up soon if I get busy and do it.
