Laughing jw, we don't. When it is this hot the deck is hot, we need to get our sun shade back up. I can sneak over to the door and watch them, without them seeing me. They are so cute.

Got a tad bit of rain last night, enough to wet things, which was nice. At least no high winds and 96 degree temps! Cool 71 this morning, and going down to high 60's for high by Friday! Woohoo, finally back to spring, my favorite season! Funny thing is that no mosquitos biting in the evening. I was out until dusk last night, and did not get bit, which was a blessing. Not many bugs yet, so maybe the dragonflies and barn swallows are really doing their jobs.

Thanks don'task. I built for bad weather. I had not yet adjusted the new overflow since the plumbing redo, so the pond got a little full, but I still have liner higher than the water went, well covered with rocks, so not seen, but there. We have a pretty good river leaving the pond right now, good water change lol

We were behind in rain, these last few rains are catching us up, now just hope we get rain off and on all summer, not dead dry like the last few summers.

I had to grab my umbrella and run out to throw some rocks over the outflow river so the dumb fish would not follow the water out. We just got 1/2 an inch in an 30 minutes.
