It's a gorgeous day today! Sunny first thing. Watered/fertilized all my plants and flowers outside. Now going to unload my bog (again, just redid it last weekend!) to attempt to find the leak that developed in the last few days. Oh well! Going to celebrate Mother's Day with my son on Tuesday, since he has to work today and tomorrow, and daughter is in UT, coming home in a month to celebrate then.

Sunny and hot today, should get up in the 80's F here. Going off on our bike ride soon............ta ta!

It didn't make it to 80F but 77 was pretty nice. Bike ride was good but only went about 18miles cuz I need a new seat and it was killing me!

tmann I'm not going to volunteer to give your weather back but I'm sure you will take it away from me soon!

Thank you, God, for the beautiful day today! Earlier forecasts said rain and cloudy, but it was sunny and warm all day, great day to work outside. I got lots done. And, thank You for sending my red slider turtle back, or if it's another one, I don't care, I'm happy to give it a home! It sure is acting just like the one last year, or maybe they all act like that, staying visible, watching me, not afraid. Love it!

Haha, so happy for you, Addy! I hate it when it's so dry, too, so I'm thrilled you are getting some much needed rain! Maybe Sissy is also getting rain out there on the east coast! Woohoo!!!

They are saying 1-3 inches, we just put in 625 feet of corn yesterday, this will get it going good! My pond getting a great water change too.
The allaganey mountains west of us, and south mountain just to the west of us, tends to push the storms north, they drift east south of us and east north of us and we get missed.

Well, get outside and do your rain dance and entice those clouds to come take a look! I know JW has a rain dance she does .... she needs to stop dancing sounds like, or maybe she finally has. LOL That will be perfect for your newly planted corn.

Was sunny and HOT this weekend, in the 90's but add the humidity IL is famous for and it was pretty yucky, but I worked outside anyhow today, until the "woohoo" thunder and lightening and RAIN forced me inside. First shower very light, then sun came out, so went back outside, only to be chased inside again. It's coming down fairly light, but lots of thunder all around. I hope it keeps this up for about 6 hours! Perfect rain ... and they got my round bales of hay baled and put in my barn this morning, so life is good!!! Tomorrow, high of 75!
