We had frost this am, all the roof tops white, noticed during my walk, need to go out and see if my tomato plants survived.

59 this morning and up to 79 today and they are saying rain saturday and sunday and supposed to be in the high 70's all this week and next week .I just want some rain .The cool nights have made it so I don't need the air on .

I got 1/3" rain this morning, but it was enough to wet the ground and I was able to mow this evening. Didn't cut much, but got it all evened out again. Hoping to get more rain tomorrow and Friday. Warmer tomorrow, almost 90, then only high of about 75 on Friday, so hoping a front comes through and brings a good shower with it. However, my son is supposed to start working on Friday on my well house, and it's supposed to rain! Grrrr ....
Oh, and I sold the female puppy, unless the guy backs out on her on Sat., and another guy says he wants the last male puppy, which I think is the pick of the litter. So, shall see ... hoping to have all of them sold by this weekend. Woohoo!!!

Strike set for October 5 at midnight, unless a last minute deal is reached. I don't think they will agree cause the company wants us to take a 7 dollar pay cut!! Forget that noise!!

Tomorrow we should have more excitement at work, the company "heavy hands" are down Friday and I hear more managers and supervivors may get fired out the door! They can do that cause managers and supervisors are not union....

Sunny, sunny day today and hoping for a high of 74 for our long bicycle ride.
Things don't sound good at your job place Colleen and sure hope it gets all worked out and leaves you w/ enough money to live on. 7 dollars pay cut is ridiculous! Sounds like they are just trying to make people quit so they can start over w/ new people who have no jobs at all right now. Dirty trick IMO! Hope your union fights hard for you guys!

Actually turning out to be a fantastic morning. Bright and sunny. Warm Sun but cool air. Spent a few minutes in pond hypnosis just now, just watching the fish swim about. The best of WA.
