Don't have one but it looks like it takes nice pix to me. Nice panoramic views. I just noticed my Canon has a wide shot mode. Never would have went looking if you hadn't posted this sissy. Just thought it was a one size fits all deal, lol!

Raining still here and man we had a thunder and lightning show to die for last night! Better than anything on tv :cheerful:
JW, I am begging for a thunder and lightening show. Have not had one for almost 2 months now, just a couple pretty small rains. Probably total rain in the last 2 months or more is less than 1". Not sure what the normal would have been.
Sissy, my camera has a battery I have to recharge. It lasts a long time. I charged it up and took well over a hundred pics at the wedding last weekend. I just plug the cord into my computer and all pics download onto my pictures folder. Then, usually I resize them before downloading onto here, because the pixels or whatever it is comes out too high otherwise, and they don't download. And, while I have it plugged into the computer, it is recharging the battery, so two things accomplished at the same time.
My camera has a bunch of extra stuff on it, too. It has the "smile finder". That's pretty cool. Have someone be your model, have them NOT smile, and the camera won't take the pic, then have them smile and voila, the pic gets taken! Pretty neat. But, I never use that option . LOL Taking pics of puppies, that was a chore tonight! Moving fast little buggers! had to put it on sport mode to get clear pics.

JW, we finally got your weather low, it rolled in this evening and what good lighting show, massive bolts and thunder that shook the dust off the rafters! Lots of heavy rain and some areas of town got hail and brimstone! The roof at the Superstore were I was working tonight, sprung a leak over the Dairy section and the people came to tell me in the Bakery about the leak, so called the manager and they got buckets to collect the water. Our roof need to be fixed and leaks when the rain is heavy. :)

My battery will last for a few weeks if not longer and I use it a lot. It will run for days and days when it is showing just one bar left. I let it die completely before I recharge it. Unless I am going somewhere I need the camera and don't want to chance it dieing.

Thought we were coming out of the rain late afternoon yesterday but woke up to more of it today. Looks like it may clear up again later and tomorrow looks even better. We have a bad spot in our roof under the roofing where the windows leaked before we had the guy fix them. The plywood underneath is bad and no leaks but still needs replaced. He needs a few hours of dry and the darn rain won't stop long enough to give the guy a chance to fix it!

What a beautiful day! Lots of sunshine, high of 89 with low humidity and a light breeze. Finished mowing our family cemetery and called my dad and told him happy belated birthday present that he didn't have to go and help me. It only took me 2 evenings to get it done. Whew!! Now my yard will be next, another day.....

84 here at 9:15. With such a chilling temperature we'll surely have extra blankets tonight. LOL! Have the hose taking water to the young Little Gem right for the next two hours or so. Deep Watered a new bush (can't ever remember names) for quite awhile once the sun went down. Our garden is like having a new fish. Need lot's of love and care. :)

It was 68F for me today. A little rain in the morning, but that was it. Hotter during noon - 4pm or so, but no rain yet. A question regarding my spray away, that's the motion detector spraying thing for the heron. When can I put the spray away away? Are the herons away somewhere for the winter?

I had one show up in january, snow on the ground they should fly south . If we have a cold winter they seem to leave faster . I float some some liner to give the fish a good hiding spot , do it in the deep end. 5 foot end.
