What is your weather like ... today

took this pic just before noon when i got a cup of coffee .Boy quilt batting is really doing it's job on the mess of the pond I am making rebuilding the waterfall and roots from the grasses caused some of the leak .Pulled the seal loose .This is only half of them

We have sunshine again and it is 43 right now..........Hooray for the sunshine! MaMa bunny moved the bunny nest after the bad kitties got in it and I looked everywhere for another one so guess she hopefully found a better place to haul them off to. Cats are out of prison for now. I read on the net that the mother will make more than one nest so she can have a backup plan for emergencies. I put a big ole rock over the old nest so she can't build one there again.

Those bunnies have a good life there JW! What if the bunnies eat your flowers and garden all up? My friend is overrun with bunnies and she loves bunnies but they are eating up her whole yard! Some areas around here are really overrun with bad bunnies, its so bad that in some places they pay people to come and "rid" their yard of them!

No problem we don't have hardly any. I think the coyotes, dogs, cats, hawks all keep the population way down. I only see about 3 around here now and then and lately only the one. Never notice them eating anything and if they do take bites it's ok if they just leave me some too!

Snow/rain showers today with a high of 39F.

only supposed to get to 68 today and cloudy but near 80 tomorrow .Rained last night but most of the rain missed us after all my rushing around yesterday to get the waterfall secured because at first they said that the rains were going to be heavy .Now I have to go out and reset the stones where I want them to be .

Normally, talk of the weather doesn't get me up or down, but it sometimes irks me. It often seems that my days away from work experience the least desireable weather conditions!
It will be warm and sunny while I am at work and then, at the last moment before I get a few days off, a front will roll in and it will start raining or snowing and turn colder and cloudy!
Now I want to know WHO the jackwagon is who schedules this weather, because I want to take them out and pummel them in an alley for ruining my free days! LOL!

I used to think the same thing catfish .I worked 6 days a week and only day off was sunday and seemed to always be nasty out rain or over 90 degrees with humidity and now that i am retired seems all I see is nice weather .I guess I don't miss work :cheerful:

Looked at my weather back home in IL. Wow, see-saw deluxe this week! 70's today, 60's tomorrow, 80's strong storms Wed., 70's Thurs, 40's Fri, 50's Sat. Whew!!! Glad it's an upward trend by the time I get back. I needed to have mowed before I left on Sat., but not enough time, and grass was wet still. So, it will be VERY tall and thick when I get home, hope Sun is dry enough to get it mowed.

I won't be mowing, cause grass not growing, cause of all the darn snowing! Around here it's still below freezing at night, barely any warmth during the day, even with the hot sun, wish I lived far away .......

I could not sleep so went out to weed at 6 am .It is supposed to get hot .Trying to get things done but you have to take a break now and then .i really need to work on pond again ,but after my coffee break . :coffeemug: :coffeemug: one for you colleen
