Sissy, Colleen had those 60 degree days the first couple of days of March, so she's heading for going out like a lion instead! Me, on the other hand, had cold chilly and rainy day the first of March, so I'm hoping for it to go out like a lamb. Let's see if either of us is correct. LOL
Colleen, I'm really loving that huge "bug" on your succulent in the 4th picture above. And, can I assume you have heat in your greenhouse all winter? Does that cost a bunch? I sure would think it would be very expensive to heat it. What did you build your greenhouse with for the side walls? It looks like a good framework, then a heavy plastic maybe? Give us some ideas of what the cost is per year for that kind of "fun". I sure would love to have a small greenhouse, too. You sure have some beautiful plants in there. What is that you're growing that looks like a brand new plant? I'm not having much luck growing plants from seeds, maybe it's still too cool (in my house though???) or not enough sunlight, seeds are not very good (I collected them for goodness sake), or the soil and/or water is not just perfect. Did get about 4 of the lotus seeds to sprout and they are growing well, so I'm excited about that!
