The newest update is now 8-12 inches, more snow then we have had for the last two winter snow totals. Went shopping have food heat, telling honey he needs to skip going to work, take a sick day. They say starting tomorrow evening. Washington DC shuts down with just an inch of snow.............

these are cute and not sure who is more spoiled the king or the pee .does it look like the pee has been harmed by the king
Judging by the outfits, it looks more like a case of 'cruelty to animals'!! :twocents:

Sissy, Colleen had those 60 degree days the first couple of days of March, so she's heading for going out like a lion instead! Me, on the other hand, had cold chilly and rainy day the first of March, so I'm hoping for it to go out like a lamb. Let's see if either of us is correct. LOL
Colleen, I'm really loving that huge "bug" on your succulent in the 4th picture above. And, can I assume you have heat in your greenhouse all winter? Does that cost a bunch? I sure would think it would be very expensive to heat it. What did you build your greenhouse with for the side walls? It looks like a good framework, then a heavy plastic maybe? Give us some ideas of what the cost is per year for that kind of "fun". I sure would love to have a small greenhouse, too. You sure have some beautiful plants in there. What is that you're growing that looks like a brand new plant? I'm not having much luck growing plants from seeds, maybe it's still too cool (in my house though???) or not enough sunlight, seeds are not very good (I collected them for goodness sake), or the soil and/or water is not just perfect. Did get about 4 of the lotus seeds to sprout and they are growing well, so I'm excited about that!

snow snow snow coming! They keep increasing the amount we are expected to have, now 10 plus

They are bringing in extra power workers, pretreating roads, preclosing schools. I am sure the fed gov will shut down, keep the workers off the roads.
Esp since one inch closes down dc.

You have learned well John and we welcome you into the fold of those defeated ones from the other side now willing to do as we say in the final order of things. Your job now is to go out joyfully and conform all of mankind into the ways of the ruling of women-kind. Honor us, obey us, take your shoes off in the house, clean up your crumbs off the counter and don't forget to enjoy life

lol Living in Sin mr Dave! I am so happy you are happy, there is nothing better than having a good partner/love next to you in this life.
I signed the piece of paper with my second hubby (first hubby passed), we are more in love and more connected with every day that passes. For us it is working. Starting our 4th year of marriage, our 6th year of knowing each other.

This snow that is coming is going to be one of those very wet heavy snows. My honey told me to quit doing the snow dance!

They are calling for 1-3" of slushy stuff here, so it will be a truck day for me. Temps in mid to upper 30's, so not sure why they are threatening so much snowy stuff, but they are the weather predictors, and I try to listen to what they have to say. I just hope they are wrong. LOL Going to get up to close to 50 this weekend, so bring it on, it will all be gone by tomorrow. Bad thing is, our road commission died last Fri., visitation tonight, funeral tomorrow. I just bet our roads will be well taken care of tonight if needed, though! He was the best, and this whole township will sure miss his friendliness and hard work. He was a stranger to no one. Now watching over us from heaven.

I do the cat poop to lol sadly with Val's Muscular dystrophy she cant manage to lift the covered cat litter tray up to where I put it to empty
She is slowly heading for life in a wheel chair as FSH robs her of her upper body and lower legs strengh, we decided against kids as we didn't want to pass the gene on to any children we may have had cats are little furry people so we had our cat families instead they are so much fun , its just a shame they only live for 18 or so years  .
Val was diagnosed with Fascioscapularhumeral Muscular Dystrophy six months into our relationship, even that didnt sway me.
Most guys would have run a mile in the opposite direction but you know when true love hits you . :heartpump:
