We've got more snow coming. :(
4"-8" expected tomorrow.

And apparently the northern lights were quite visible in my area last night. I went out about an hour after I was seeing reports but it was cloudy here. I've been seeing tons of photos from my area though. Disappointed that I didn't get to see them. Maybe one day. It's hard here though, lots of trees blocking the view.

Cloudy, showers and chilly..............30's at night. Going down in the 20's for a few future nights. 40's during the days but rising to the 50's by Monday.

Oh no the dreaded mowing is beginning! We are holding off as our grass seems stunted from all the hot weather we had last Summer. Dried it to the bone! If it doesn't come back maybe we can just dig everything up and build a giant moat around our whole house. An acre of just water, like being in Venice! Think this coffee is affecting my mind

Hubby bought a new lawn mower and after much research bought a rechargeable battery operated one. I was surprised as he usually wants big, loud powerful gas powered tools!!

Worked around the pond today cutting back dead plants and netting algae.

That would be neat but would probably not mow all the grass I need to mow. I also mowed down the 4 foot tall bee weed gardens. My mower is a triple deck, mulches the stuff right up.

I'm anxious to see if hubby is satisfied with it once he uses it. We have so many gardens, paths and landscaping that we don't actually have a lot of grass.
