What is your weather like ... today

I'm in upstae NY looking across the Mohawk River to the Adirondacks. It's 3 degrees right now. Light snow last night. Has been extremely cold. About 6" of snow. Rabbits managed to get in my fenced yard and had a nice time eating some shrubs. My fruit trees are protected. I even left them piles of clippings along with a winter feed mix. Stinkers. Have been working on wildlife areas for my small rural village lot. A bigger in ground pond, more shrubs, more of everything. Lots of ideas for Spring. Waiting on possible big storm for Saturday. Got to get through next month. Will start my seeds then for the sunroom. Need to dig up a huge hosta near the patio to put the above ground stock tank. Getting ideas of how I want it to look....

At last my sun has arrived! Still cold tho was in the low 20's but moving up towards 30 now.
Will be a beauty of a walk today but no snow just warm sunshine!

WE GOT SNOW IN SHREVEPORT (NW corner of LA)! Not much, but enough to make it look pretty! By tomorrow we will be in the hi 50’s, low 60’s again, but it’s so pretty right now!

I knew that if I didn’t include a pic, you guys would pick on me! This is my bird feeder station in the backyard. Managed to get one Red Bellied woodpecker in the shot and a bunch of Goldfinches, but there are tons of other birds. My youngest cat, Cosmo, is going crazy at the windows.

It was a balmy 63 here this morning and pouring rain. Down to 46 now, hoping it stops raining soon!

We have always called those red bellied woodpeckers, even though the back of the head is red. We have them here too. Beautiful either way.

Nothing but pure, clean, clear rain here today at the castle rising to the 40's.

This time of year we rarely see the female, so they must not be bonding yet.
