We worked for around 8 hours then quit. Still a bunch to do, just buckle down and do it. Smells better now. We paid for the hotel, refuse to sleep in our own house until cleaned up.
And love being right on the beach!

How long is this going to take down there? Will you eventually move out of the hotel and into the rental this time or wait till the Fall before you can sleep in there?

Nah staying here, the house still smells, this hotel is like a apartment. Full kitchen, big living room, dining area, huge bedroom. No desire to live there until the rat poo and smells are gone. We might make another trip, might, but in Nov will be back, most likely, to do the total clean up. Or when the rep contacts us, we may need to make another trip.

A winter storm going through so we're under another snowfall warning. Supposed to get another 12 inches by tomorrow.

Yay! We do love our weather, don't we! We enjoyed a beautiful, sunny (but chilly!) St. Patricks Day. I celebrated with the two VERY GREEN frogs I disturbed this morning when I was shifting my lily pots around in the pond!

Wow, 60°F! It was last forecasted to be 52°F.

I love when the meteorologists get it wrong!

It feels awesome outside! I've spent most of the morning outside by the pond. Really wanted to get it going today but temps don't look great next week, so I'm going to wait another week or two.

snowing! our one inch predicted is now 5 inches and huge flakes coming down

They kept saying we might not make it home on the plane, we got here right before the huge hit. Managed to make it home before the roads snapped!

The Flakes are darn HUGE!

We had sunshine and 50's. Still sunny now at 4:30pm. Love the time sprung forward now and wish they would keep it this way all year.
