We are back to no rain again which if fine w/me cuz I know plenty will be in store for us all Fall, Winter and Spring. We had a good go of it this Summer and felt like we lived in a dry zone of another part of this country. A present will be given to us of 64 today which I will gladly accept

Hot and humid. Set a record on the first day of Autumn for warmest temp. on that day, and it was also the hottest day of 2017, 95°F.
We were in the 90's again yesterday and 91°F right now. Back to normal on Thursday when the highs go back down to the 60's.

Oh my Heavens I am so sorry for all you poor sweaty peeps
Tomorrow should be the last day of 90s here as well. The problem is that there is still no decent rain in the forecast through the next 10 days and we are already very dry here. I have been rotating the hose around the property to keep the trees watered. The lawn is pretty crispy too and the skunks are starting to dig it up looking for grubs. The pond has been fine as long as I've gone out there on the weekend and topped it off with some more water.
