What is your weather like ... today

We had lots of lightening but no rain and still have not mowed the chihuahuas back yard .But I have to say my gardens are loving this rain as long as the roots make it .I planted pickle seeds 3 weeks ago with a little miracle grow and looked yesterday and already see little pickles .My dogs will love that since they love pickles .I hear the dreaded land clearing again .Not sure where they are .

@Terra Zen we came out from under the crawl space at about 2am, hard night and im very dizzy because I didn't get sleep. so much for this day to go as planned...
btw may I ask what state you are in? that looks like a Georgia backyard! LOVE IT

I'm in NY. Specifically, the very north, north shore of Long Island in Suffolk county. it's not a HUGE back yard, but about 3/4 of an acre of woods. I can't see my neighbors houses, which is all that matters. They can't see me either!
I also live about 4 blocks from the beach, so I feel very lucky and blessed to live here. I grew up in the city, so this is exactly what a country girl at heart like myself needed!

I spent my younger days swimming in Long Island Sound as a kid, but from the Westchester County side. Used to go to the beach every day during the summer.

We spend most days at the beach too! We also love to camp ..at the beaches around here!

When it's nice here, it's really nice!

Gorgeous weather here.
Nice to work outside in the morning and afternoon when the temperature's around 55.
When it gets up to 75 around noon, it's too hot so I find things to do inside.
Humidity here is about 55%.

sunny out but dark clouds roll over and humid and hot .Thermometer outside says 90 degrees but weather station says 82 so which is it

Rainy and chilly for our memorial day. Hardly seems like a start to summer! I hope it clears up-the gloom makes me just want to sleep!

They called for thunder shower ,it got dark and cloudy but no rain but got up to 87 degrees .

didn't do much.

trimmed up all my trees and cleared the low growing stuff in the woods so I can see the deer .Picked it all up and taken back farther in the woods .Trees needed trimmed to allow me under the trees to mow .2 days work and supposed to be 82 degrees today .Waiting now for mail lady since there is a lot too go out
